PAYMENT METHOD

Payment must be received before we can process and despatch your order. Payment for goods can be made by one of the following  payment methods.

Paypal, debit, Visa , Mastercard and credit cards or direct in store or over the telephone direct to store telephone -------------.

 

STANDARD CHARGES

International shipments and the Republic of Ireland please contact us cost for cost of shipment before ordering on line

If your item is unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail

SHIPMENT OF GOODS

If your order is in stock & we process the charges to your credit/ debit card account it will ship within 5 business days from date of your order or sooner.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase, however if you change your mind you can return it within 30 days for a refund. We only accept return of goods within the 30 period from date of delivery, outside of the 30 days we cannot accept returns. We would ask you to contact us before returning any item to us and we will give you a returns note number which should be included with the goods. WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

We will only cover the cost of faulty goods or goods sent in error, your item must not be used and should be in its original packaging. If the goods returned are faulty we will refund the cost of goods and the reasonable cost of postage, subject to receiving copy of a receipt. We reserve the right to replace or repair faulty goods.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Your item must not be used ,  be in its original packaging with all labels, hang tags & accessories attached. We will confirm when we received your purchase back We recommend that you get proof of posting for your item. Note : We are not liable for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, in which case please contact us for details. When we receive your item we will issue a refund against the original payment  method ( plus any postage if applicable proof of postage will be required),and please allow  up 15 days.

 

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange on any product which has not been purchased directly through our web-site, please take the item back to the store / retail where it was purchased.
